1. Use of the la pampa festival area (camping and parking site) starts Friday, July 10, 10 AM. Please do not arrive earlier as we will be busy with the preparations for the festival and will not be able to guarantee your safety. Noncompliance is at one’s own risk.
2. The entrance ticket is your key to the festival. The cost-free use of the camping and parking facilities is integrated in the ticket. Bring your own tent or use the tent-sharing opportunities offered through the forum on our website.
3. Camping and parking is only allowed on the designated and marked areas.
4. The lake situated on the camping site may be used for swimming. However, swimming is strictly at one’s own risk. We do not want anyone to be hurt in any way, so please mind others.
5. Garbage bins are available across the festival site. Please do make use of them. We will be grateful. The no-littering policy goes especially for the lake where people want to swim. Garbage bags will be distributed at the entrance.
6. Of course there will be security personnel present at la pampa festival. They are a necessary component of such an event. The men and women will be happy to assist you in case you have questions. Their primary job is to secure a smooth course of the festival. Please treat them in a fair manner and comply with their requests.
7. Weapons of any kind are in no way compliant with the philosophy of la pampa festival. They are strictly forbidden on the festival ground.
8. We love our pampa and everyone knows that the pampa is dry. To avoid fires, open fires on the festival area and the camping site are strictly forbidden. Barbecues are cool.
9. For the natural human needs there are sufficient designated spots. Please do make use of them. It could be you who steps into something nasty left by someone else.
10. Dear pet owners, allow your beloved ones a weekend home alone. Animals are not under any conditions allowed on festival grounds and in any case they do not like loud music either.
11. Everyone wants to sleep every once in a while. That is why we ask you to refrain from playing loud music on the camping and parking sites. The use of emergency generators is forbidden. At a festival many people live very close to each other. Please respect the sleep of those who would like to have it.
12. All those who want to promote an event or a business during the festival should get in contact with us beforehand. We are cooperative and supportive. Unannounced advertising is forbidden. The same goes for sales booths of any kind.
13. Thieves will be ejected and reported to the police. We will not show any sympathy for stealing or other crimes.
14. We want to point out that according to the Law for the Protection of the Youth, youths under 18 years of age are not allowed on the festival area after midnight unless they have a parental allowance or are accompanied by a legal guardian.
15. We as hosts are responsible for the security on the festival area. Even though our policies may sound harsh at times, it is simply our obligation to fulfill the demands of the authorities. The above points are therefore not wishes but strict rules. These rules are to be obeyed! Every individual who acts against the laws of the pampa or threatens the security of festival visitors will be kicked out of the pampa.
